The rental also has its own private bathroom that boasts both a shower and a tub for enjoying a relaxing soak. There are plenty of romantic features throughout the cottage, including dimming lights.

In the living room, guests can keep cozy in front of the grand rock fireplace on chillier days. There is also plenty of seating for relaxing in front of a movie. The cottage has a full kitchen for when guests fancy enjoying a night in and there is plenty of dining space for enjoying a romantic meal for two.

Heading outside, glampers can cool off in their own private swimming pool or spend the evening under the stars in the hot tub. There is also a huge handmade chess board in the gazebo for some quirky entertainment.

Conveniently located in Texas Hill Country, guests can enjoy visiting the boutique shops and also the many wineries in the area, and they can also enjoy catching a thrill on the longest zip line in Texas. Alternatively, the beautiful setting of the rental makes it a wonderful chance to simply relax and enjoy disconnecting for a while.

Wimberley owes much of its natural beauty to the rivers and creeks that flow in the area, including the pristine waters of the Blanco River and Cypress Creek that meander through the town. Guests can also enjoy exploring the trails in the expansive Blue Hole Regional Park during their vacation. For day trips, Wimberley is set just a 45-minute drive from Austin and is also just over an hour from San Antonio, which is ideal for those that might fancy heading into the city.

Wimberley has been a place to relax, heal, unwind and embrace my creative energy since I first found it. I bought these 5 acres and walked the land until I saw where each cabin should go. The Love Bird was first, followed by the Blue Bird, and a few years later the Ruby Red Bird came along. I recently added Little Bird tiny home to the property as well as purchasing two other cabins nearby.

Each cabin is decorated with items I pick up on my photography travels as well as some of my nature photographs. My focus is in keeping as many trees as possible to maintain the integrity of the land, while still creating something magical for guests to enjoy.

From your private cottage you have the privilege of not seeing the other cabins. They truly are private. 5 acres and lots of cedar and oaks provide the perfect buffer for privacy.
