Reservations

There is a two-night minimum and a three-night minimum stay for major holidays. We regret we are unable to accept one-night stays. The rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes.

Cancellation / Changing Your Dates

You can cancel your reservation in advance of 30 days before your expected arrival and your payment will be refunded to you less a $50.00 bookkeeping fee. If you need to cancel within the 30 days or less of your arrival, you are responsible for the full amount unless we are able to rent the cottage for the same dates to another guest. If we are able to rent it for the same dates, you will be refunded the full amount, less the $50 bookkeeping fee. We all have emergencies that come up, so there are a few exceptions. With proof of the emergency and in very rare cases, we will issue you a gift certificate to use within 6 months, and the dates may change according to the owner’s calendar of occupancy.

Try to stick to the dates you are booking from the beginning. We can change them once if you’re in advance of the 30 day period before arrival, otherwise there is a $25 fee for schedule changes.

Massages or Specialty Baskets can be cancelled up to 48 hours of your arrival date. After that, there are no refunds. (It takes a lot of work to get these cottages ready, and with all of the special details that must be done right before your arrival, we still have to pay those people if you cancel at the last minute.)

We just ask that you be mindful of the deadlines.

Deposits

All reservations must be held with a credit card guarantee. A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of reservation. Your balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
